About The Full Body Method
The Full Body Method exists for a simple reason: most training programs are built for people whose lives revolve around the gym. Six days a week, ninety-minute sessions, meal prep on Sundays. That works if fitness is your main priority. For everyone else — people with jobs, families, and full weeks — it quietly fails. Not from a lack of discipline, but because the program never fit their life in the first place.
This is the alternative: a strength-first method built around the eight basic ways the body pushes and pulls, trained as one simple circuit. One or two short sessions a week is enough to get stronger and stay healthy — without training taking over your life. You learn it once, and it’s yours to keep. No subscription, no app to fall behind on, no endless program to finish.
The whole goal fits in three words: Strong. Mobile. Healthy.
