This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy The Full Body Method, and how we use it. We collect as little as possible.

1. No account needed

You don’t create an account or log in to use the Product. We don’t ask for or store a password.

2. Payment information

When you buy, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the billing details needed to complete your purchase (such as your name, email, and payment information) and processes them under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your full payment details. We may receive limited order information — such as your email and what you purchased — to deliver the Product and provide support.

3. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that measure aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers) without tracking you across sites or storing personal information. [Update this to name your provider, e.g. Plausible, Fathom, or Cloudflare Web Analytics.]

4. Email

If you contact us or sign up for updates, we use your email only to reply or to send what you asked for. You can ask us to remove your email at any time.

5. Cookies and local storage

We don’t use tracking cookies. Your theme and reading preferences are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site can remember them — this stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.

6. Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and complete your purchase (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), and where required by law.

7. Your rights

8. Children

The Product is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
